Welcome Message

Preparing for your spa experience.
To best begin your experience, allow yourself time to check in, receive your locker and prepare for your visit. Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your appointment for body services.
 

You will be welcomed by a spa receptionist and shown to the women's or men's dressing room where you will change into a luxurious robe and slippers. Then our comfort coordinator will show you to a relaxation area overlooking our meditation garden and offer a refreshment. Your therapist will escort you to a private treatment room and leave the room while you disrobe. For a full body massage, most people undress completely although you may wear undergarments if it helps you feel more comfortable. During the massage you will be covered at all times; only the area of the body being treated is exposed. The benefits of hydrotherapies are best received without clothing. If you wish, however, a bathing suit may be worn. Before any body service such as a massage, wrap or scrub, please shower.

For your good health, we ask that you drink plenty of water two hours before and after treatments. Our spa coordinators can recommend a combination of services that complement each other to achieve your desired outcome. Ask about our featured seasonal services. We do request that you disclose to the therapists any medical condition and/or prescription medication that you are taking.

Please inform the spa coordinator at time of booking if you are pregnant. Our therapists are trained on specific massage techniques for pregnancy. However, no massage or reflexology will be offered during the first trimester of pregnancy.

Our Spa is pleased to offer a relaxation area for reading while enjoying our vast array of herbal teas or organic citrus water. We also offer steam showers with eucalyptus and our exclusive indoor Island Plunge Pool for a cool water experience.

The Spa, including locker rooms and relaxation area, is accessible to resort guests and the public ages  18 and older. Services are subject to availability and should be reserved in advance.

Please make appointments before your arrival so we can meet your specific scheduling requests. When booking services, please advise the spa coordinator of any health conditions, allergies or injuries which could affect your service. Services are based on availability.

Gender Preference

The Spa does not guarantee gender preference for our therapists. We do guarantee an experienced and licensed professional to ensure the highest quality experience.

Check-in Policy

Early arrival –
Please check in at least 20 minutes prior to your first appointment to give you time to prepare for your treatment and unwind.
Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment to prevent further delays to other guests. If you are using the resort tram service, please allow adequate time. Cell phone use is not permitted in The Spa.
 

Spa Gratuities

For your convenience, a 20% service charge will be added to your Spa services.

Salon Gratuities

Gratuity for Salon services is at the guests discretion.

Cancellation Policy

Individual cancellations or changes with less than 24 hours notice will be charged 100% of the program and/or service. All services, treatments and prices are subject to change.

Gift Cards

Spa gift cards make an ideal year-round gift for any special occasion. These cards may be purchased for a specific dollar amount. Telephone and mail orders are accepted.
